You’ve done a lot of work on yourself. You’re self-aware, spiritually curious, probably further along than most people in your life realize. And yet there’s a layer you haven’t been able to crack — patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, a version of yourself you can almost touch but can’t quite access, a gap between who you are on the outside and how you feel on the inside.
That gap isn’t a character flaw. It’s not something more therapy or more journaling will fix. It exists because the patterns driving it aren’t living in your conscious mind — they’re running underneath it, in the 95% of your brain that operates below the surface.
NLP — Neuro-Linguistic Programming — is the science of working directly with that 95%.
And The Hart School is where you learn to use it.
Your unconscious mind is not a mystical concept. It’s neuroscience. Research shows that approximately 95% of your thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses are driven by unconscious programming — patterns formed early in life and reinforced over time without your awareness or consent.
This is why you can know exactly what you’re doing in a relationship and still not be able to stop. Why you can understand your anxiety intellectually and still feel it take over. Why traditional talk therapy — which works primarily with the conscious mind — can create awareness without creating change.
NLP works differently. It’s a set of proven techniques designed to communicate directly with the unconscious mind — to identify the root cause of a pattern, interrupt it, and replace it with something new. Not manage it. Not cope with it. Actually rewire it.
“I had all this awareness but it wasn’t hitting the root cause of why. It wasn’t dismantling the internal conflict I was experiencing. Through this process I got to really untangle a lot of webs.”
“I come from a trauma background and NLP has been a huge mind-blowing experience — to realize that so much can be done in a very short amount of time. That is the most powerful thing I take from it.”
I spent years doing the work. Therapy, healing modalities, spiritual practice — all of it moved things. None of it moved the pattern I kept repeating in relationships.
When I found NLP, something different happened.
I attended my first practitioner training and within that experience, I broke through limiting beliefs I hadn’t even known were running me. Some I could name. Some had been quietly driving my choices my whole life without my permission. And something unlocked — fast, and at a level I hadn’t reached before.
I met my now-husband during that training. My business tripled its income. I left my corporate career at Google and went full-time in my work. I’m sharing that not to impress you, but because I’ve now watched the same acceleration happen for hundreds of women who’ve moved through this work — and I want you to understand what becomes possible when you stop trying to change from the outside in.
NLP was the missing piece for me. The Hart School exists so it can be yours too.
Your entry point. The beginning of the shift.
Over two transformational days, you’ll experience the power of NLP and subconscious reprogramming firsthand — releasing what’s been keeping you stuck, anchoring a new sense of self, and walking away with a clear, personal blueprint for the life and love you’re calling in.
This is where most women begin. It’s also where everything starts to change.
Five days in a private, intimate setting in the Hudson Valley. This is not a training where you sit in rows and take notes — it’s a full immersive experience where you do the work as a participant before you learn to guide others through it.
You’ll leave with four certifications — NLP Practitioner, NLP Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Quantum Timeline Therapy Practitioner — and something harder to put on a resume: a completely different relationship with yourself.
This is for the woman who wants the personal transformation AND the tools to create it for others. For the coach or healer who is ready for a real methodology. For the woman who is done doing the work halfway.
“Not only did I have amazing breakthroughs personally — I busted through my confidence, being worthy and good enough, all of those limiting beliefs. And now I feel confident and ready to start my coaching program and offer it to clients.”
“Before this training I was very uncertain and unsure of how to move forward. Now I am so clear and so ready. My biggest breakthrough is that I really had this in me all along — and it’s finally able to come out.”
The version of you that has it all?
She already exists.
She’s not something you have to become. She’s what’s left when the old programming stops running the show.
The Hart School is where that happens. The next cohort is filling now — spots are limited intentionally, because this work requires intimacy and we protect that.
